"The Yushchenko-Saakashvili arms business goes on,"he said - RIA Novosti. He noted that modern air-defense systems were being sold "for peanuts" to the Georgian military. "After the end of the Georgian-South Ossetian conflict in 2008, Ukraine - through the state-controlled company Ukrspetsstroi - continues deliveries of arms and military equipment to Georgia," he added.

The IMD World Competitiveness Yearbook claims to be "the world's most renowned and comprehensive annual report on the competitiveness of nations, ranking and analyzing how a nation's environment creates and sustains the competitiveness of enterprises", classifying 58 nations based upon 327 criteria for the 2010 report.
